ANNOUNCEMENT
MEMBER COMPLIANCE19/06/2015Every Member must agree and adhere to the Company’s Compliance, Policy and Procedures (P&P) and Standard of Conduct.

RESTRICTION USE OF THE NAME AND LOGO
Member may not use the logo and name ‘UNASCOS’ or ‘MULTI NASCO’ or any confusingly similar Variation (i.e. Ucos, U-Nas) in a business name, e-mail address, website domain name or sub-domain name, telephone number, meta tags or in any other way other than in advertising text referring to the Company or to the Business, without prior approval of the Compliance Department.

WEBSITE/SOCIAL MEDIA
Members are not allowed to set up their own websites and social media such as Facebook pages, Wechat, forums, blogs, YouTube or other social network platform to promote the Company's New Platform. Any untrue, misleading or dishonest information about the Company to attract potential new members, to increase sales volume or marketing purposes are not allowed.

Members can share the information (including words and picture), which are officially published or approved by the Company on the company's official website and social media. Only Company-issued materials and information can be used. Members are not allowed to share any out of date information.
STANDARDS OF CONDUCT
In providing high quality products and developing strong corporate leadership and organization, the secret to success as a Member lies in a Member’s ability to build and maintain positive business relationships. The Company strongly encourages all Members to observe the highest standards of conduct in their relations with other Members, prospective Members and public members, members of other companies, and within the business world at large.
Member will strive to safeguard and protect the reputation of the Companyand its business. Member will refrain from all conduct which might be harmful to the reputation of the Company and its business or will damage the ability of others to participate in the business opportunity.
The Company will monitor a Member’s compliance by reviewing advertising materials, electronic media, and training materials in any form of communication, whether in print, by video, or through any form of communication facilitated by, or occurring in, any website, social or networking media such as Wechat, Whatapps, Facebook, YouTube, and the like. The company will require the member to remove any information or marketing website/social media that is in violation of the Company policy and procedures. If the member is not willing to cooperate, the Company reserves the right to take disciplinary action to freeze the member's account.
