Many of us are curious to know what is happening behind the scene
and why is UFUN transforming all of a sudden? This is not a sudden change but was already in the planning stage since 6 months ago. UFUN is moving to a long term sustainable business model and board meetings with China Pride Group and Gateway Klang, 2 Multi Billion conglomerates were already in progress for the past few months. It is a necessary move as UFUN foresee the problems they will face unless they change. Here is some of the problems

that UFUN identified early on and why transformations is necessary.

1) Every government already has their own currency,.....they see UFUN as a threat. UFUN grew too big too fast and some governments are starting to take notice Utoken potential threats to the establishment. No government will be happy to see their own currency being replaced by a digital currency. Governments around the world are taking notice. In the United States, Canada, Norway, and Japan, regulatory committees are attempting to categorize Bitcoin and figure out how to fit it into existing financial systems. Is it a currency or a form of barter? Should it be treated like Linden dollars in Second Life, or as an illegal currency? Should transactions be taxed and regulated? So far, few regulatory bodies have come up with any answers. New York Senator Chuck Schumer labeled Bitcoin a form of money laundering, and called on the Fed to shut it down.
The fact that online drug dealers, Silicon Valley VCs, the FBI, and financial oversight committees in countries all over the world are equally interested in Bitcoin is fascinating. But their interests are at odds with one another — which will quite possibly spell the end of Bitcoin.

2) As a MLM company, many Merchants are not willing to GET involved by Accepting Utoken since they need to sign up as a member before they can accept Utoken. For a digital currency to be successful, Utoken needs to be circulated across the public through M2M or O2O which was the original concept of Utoken. However in UFUN we found that UFUN members are the only one holding the Utoken and most just kept it for investment purposes, hoping that Utoken will rise in price and split and made a killing from the price increase..Utoken became a close society
product of which people outside of UFUN are not interested in.
UFUN recognized this trait months ago and had been in talks with China Pride Group to set up Utoken Exchange and 10,000 Ustores Chain throughout China, all accepting Utoken. In June, next month we will be in Chengdu, China to witness the Grand opening of the first Ustore Chain.
All Utoken Account holders will be founding partners in this Utoken Exchange, our shares depending on the Total Utoken in our Accounts. Utoken Exchange will act like Visa or Mastercard and collect a processing fees of all Ustores transactions of which 30% of the profits will be shared to all founding partners from UFUN according to the shares we held. Why is UFUN in the picture, some of us might be curious. Well China Pride Industry is going to inject $100 Billion into this Global Ustore Project and they see UFUN 500,000 global members as their Global Marketing Arm to Spread their China Brand products across the globe.Their vision and mission is to have a china Products Ustore in every corner of the globe. Soon we will have Ustores all Across Asia, Africa, The Americas and Europe. We will also be their marketing arm for their Global projects, marketing Pre Ipo Shares.
Regarding Pre IPO shares, UFUN will be exchanging all our Utoken to Pre IPO shares and some of us might not be happy about this scenario. I think UFUN wants to transform, the main reason being able to provide all members a long term sustainable business model where we can transfer our funds directly to the issuer of these Pre IPO shares and we will be issued with our shares sent to our designated address within 30 days by the issuer. For those that are not happy with this transformations, selling your shares and cashing out is certainly easier than cashing out with Utoken in the open market...Many will be on the look out to accumulate as much Pre IPO shares as they can afford. We will be rewarded with shares in Utoken Exchange and at the same time holding the same value of our Total Utoken in PRE IPO shares which I think is a very brilliant move by UFUN.
After our Utoken are converted to Sulawesi Nickel Mine pre ipo shares, there will be many more billion dollar projects pre ipo shares in the pipeline....the mother of all these projects will be a new township being developed in a Third World Country...I cannot revealed the country for now but we have seen the $100,000 to produced video of this Gigantic project...we will be there at the MOA of this project and will be rubbing shoulders with the Prime Minister and Generals on stage...
There are more coming and we are into something revolutionary and with this new platform, we should be super excited of what we will be getting involved in!!

3)We cannot afford to have hundreds of thousands of UFUN members holding uncirculated Utoken without the whole thing collapsing and imploding itself.
Dato Danial Tay don"t want to be remembered as a Ponzi Pimp or a scammer and he had been working hard behind the scene to navigate us away from this disaster. To him success is to be able to lead a whole mass of fellow UFUN members to great wealth and prosperity and we should all be very excited that we all have such a transparent, honest and down to earth man as our boss. The raid in Thailand proved to us that. He could have just surrendered, pleaded guilty and work out a deal with the authority but he is a man of very high integrity. According to him, he is still young at 40 and still not married, he don't want to be remembered as a PONZI PIMP....he still has a great future ahead of him.
FOR UTOKEN TO CONTINUE, Dato Danial Tay has to disappear from the surface of this earth. The potential danger is certainly part of the reason why UFUN is transforming.
